A 37-year old man with unknown ties to his victim was arrested early Tuesday for the murder of Ilena Lyons, who was the first murder victim in Covington this year.

Jason Allen Crowe, 25, 48135 Lawrence Creek, Covington, was apprehended on Saturday morning and charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, criminal damage to property and disturbing the peace.
